Substitution

If a particular flower is unavailable at the time your order is prepared, Flowers by Maya may substitute it with a flower of equal or greater quality and value. Any substitution will preserve the overall style, colour direction, and visual impact of the arrangement as presented on our website.

Vases, containers, wrapping, and finishing details may also vary slightly depending on availability, and will always be replaced with items of a comparable standard.

Significant Substitutions & Specific Requests

Where a substitution would meaningfully change the character of an arrangement, or where an order includes a highly specific request — a particular flower variety, an exact colour, or a defined occasion requirement — we will contact the customer before proceeding, so that an alternative can be confirmed.

If we are unable to reach the customer in time for a scheduled delivery, we will proceed using the principle above: a flower of equal or greater quality and value, matching the intended look of the arrangement.
